We are able to host evening functions where the atmosphere is good, the food is great and no security problems exist.

We have successfully hosted many types of functions,  property launches, townhouse swimming pool promotions, breakfast weddings, as well as evening weddings, 21st's, special birthdays, year end functions, Christmas in July parties, and many more.

RE USE OF FACILITIES AT THE CLUBHOUSE.

EVENING FUNCTIONS VENUE HIRE

R2250.00

The Venue Hire is for the use of The Clubhouse up to MIDNIGHT thereafter a R300.00 per hour fee applies, this also includes the time taken in removing any decorations that have been used and the packing up of said items.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CUT OFF TIME IS 2.00am.   THIS IS A DIRECTIVE FROM PHUMELELA GAMING OUR LANDLORD.

VENUE HIRE IS PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND ONCE RECEIVED SECURES THE VENUE.

The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made four weeks prior to function.

The Clubhouse is a licensed facility and it is totaly unacceptable for patrons or their guests to consume any items not purchased from The Clubhouse.

Wine or Champagne may, by prior arrangement be brought in at a corkage fee of R20.00 per 750ml bottle

Kindly note that all food costs including a 10% service charge need to be settled in advance four days prior to function.  If proof of this payment is not received the function will not be hosted.
